This quarter we are going to learn some specific techniques to practice orienteering in the enviroment.

Nowadays the enviroment´s maintenance is one of the most important things to societies due to the big meaning that they have in the pollution control.
But, what do happen if this sport would get worse the natural places?

Hello Students.

We are in the end part of this course, and now we are goint to learn how can we help injuried people.

In 1st ESO we will learn the basic knowledge about first aid: FIRST AID 1ST ESO

In 3rd ESO we will develope specific techniques for primary asessment in first aid: FIRST AID 3RD ESO

In 4th ESO we will study specific wounds caused during physical activity: FIRST AID 4TH ESO



Super Size Me is a 2004 American documentary film directed by and starring Morgan Spurlock, an American independent filmaker. Spurlock’s film follows a 30-day period from February 1 to March 2, 2003, during which he ate only McDonald´s food. The film documents this lifestyle’s drastic effect on Spurlock’s physical and psycological well-being, and explores the fast food industry’s corporate influence, including how it encourages poor nutrition for its own profit (source: wipidedia). In this documentary film, the main character did not practice physical activity.

At the University of Castilla La Mancha (Spain), the idea of recreate the famous documentary Super Size Me , but adding the exercise factor, hence it arose: Super train me. A documentary film that wanted to analyze what would happen to the body if we are one month based on fast food diet and practicing physical activity and exercise.
